Dr. M.H. Abinaya is a skilled gynecologist who has found her common values matching with those of The Capstone Clinic. As one of the key experts of our Ob-Gyn speciality, she provides solace to many couples struggling with infertility, helping them through various procedures- from ovulation induction to IntraUterine Insemination, (IUI a very popular and safe infertility treatment). Dr Abinaya is an ardent crusader for normal deliveries and prides herself in providing sensible and comprehensive guidance to her patients. She has a proven track record of dealing with critical issues during pregnancy that include pregnancy induced hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, preterm pregnancy, severe pre-eclampsia, complications such as heart disease, fibroids, severe anemia, antepartum bleeding, and postpartum bleeding. She has won the trust and gratitude of many patients with menstrual issues, as she has helped them manage conditions such as irregular menstrual cycles, fibroids, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and adenomyosis, among others.

Prior to her practice in Sai Ram Fertility and Maternity Clinic, Dr. Abinaya worked in a number of prestigious hospitals and clinics across Tamil Nadu. She has not only assisted in performing laparoscopic hysterectomy, cystectomy, tubal recanalization and myomectomy, but is also trained to manage complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, multiple pregnancies, jaundice and urinary tract infection in pregnancy.

Wanting to provide her patients with the best treatments available, she regularly attends national and international conferences in her field; the most recent one being the Assisted Reproductive Course for Clinicians, ART, held in Singapore in April 2016. She also received her certification in Diagnostic Ultrasound imaging in Abdomen, Obstetrics and Gynecology.

She received a distinction in Pharmacology and was the top ranker in her college. She completed her thesis in Analysis of Intra Partum CTG in High Risk pregnancy. In her collegiate days, Dr. Abinaya was an accomplished athlete – volleyball on the field and chess off the field. She carries her personal views on embracing holistic health into her approach in guiding her patients.
